      Pros

      Great Compensation and RSUs are the only good part.

      Cons

      Dog eats dog world here. Reorgs and manager changes are a norm every 4-6 months. You spend incredible amount of time writing unnecessary docs like weekly flashes, monthly business reviews, quarterly business reviews, operational planning 1 doc, and 3 year plan. Most the information is regurgitated from one doc to another. 5 day in office requirement is ridiculous.
