Pros

- Weekly Pay - £108 day rate - Flexible Shifts

Cons

- Literally 0 benefits, no sick pay, holiday, etc. because you're "self employed" - Genuinely hard work, depends on your route but 180 stops 290 packages is considered an 'easy' day. - Its a part time gig, hard to make a career out of it.

Pros

The work is flexible and they can pretty much make any availability work

Cons

Hiring process was extremely confusing and irritating. Pay is low considering the stress and work load. You are just a number

Pros

None at all, they pay low, treat you like a slave, make you work in unsafe conditions, give you unreasonable amount of work.

Cons

Literally everything about the job is a con. Serious work somewhere else.. anywhere else.
