Pros
excellent product offering which is easy to position for meetings, generally likable people and enjoyable environment if you can find people you like working with and relate to.
Cons
Promotion process and pay increases are minimal. It feels like Amazon takes advantage of people at times given their size and position in the marketplace. Often times there is no incentive to do excellent work given you arent given increases in salary and promotion process is political and can take years (typically does).
