Very smart coworkers Get to work on varied products. A switch within the company to a different org is easy and helps you expand your portfolio.

Cons

Leadership has been short sighted leading to poor decisions and missteps. Pay is not it. After the 4 year cliff , they don't do a lot to keep it competitive. They make it up but it stagnates.
