Toxic work culture, one that blames people rather than process. Poor communication from senior leadership to define KPIs, goals, and priorities. A lot of red tape to fix identified issues, which requires a submission of a white paper and multiple approvals prior to implementing solutions. As for CS department and FBA investigation department were the most unbalanced , unorganized and non human experiences , they don't care about people at all , there's no proper compensation for overtime or appreciation, everything when it comes to system and SOPs are so chaotic, HR are useless when it comes to employees feedbacks about any escalation, getting Level promotion is not for everyone
