Pros

The operations culture is one where any employee at any level can take action to improve something. It's okay to have bandaids instead of full solutions as long as you're testing something and it moves you to find a potential solution to a problem.

Cons

The fast-pace, freedom within a framework approach can be exhausting to those who prefer a steady routine with minimal disruption.

great experience, interesting work, great pay, lots of cross functionality

Cons

overbearing management, unrealistic KPI process, lack of scope clarity (role is not technically a part of the site but reports to the site each day)

-Great Organization with many career paths -Able to transfer to many different locations -Depending on the people, can be great to work there -Great corporate and business structure/architect

Cons

-Terrible work life balance, the highest workload I have ever worked -Depending on the people, can be a nightmare to work with some individuals -Although very good structure, it can still be messy due to all the different people who have their "hands in the pot"
