Pros

Pay is good and strengthens your resume which helps further your career. It's a good starting point for freshers. Gives a good understanding of how to document something and how to plan your tasks well.

Cons

Employees focus more on which team is to be blamed when something goes wrong than on how to fix something. Managers do not care about the employees' work life balance or mental health. Team building activities feel more like a task instead of something fun.
