It's not you, it's your manager

Pros

- You learn a lot in a short amount of time. - They love devs that know a little of everything, full-stack, infra, ect. - Great pay and benefits compared to most companies (not as good as other FAANG or big tech tho)

Cons

- Your manager will make or break you. It doesn't matter if you're an amazing engineer, if your manager doesn't like you, you're gonna go. Run as fast as you can away from that manager as soon as you feel that red flag. - They will work you 120%.

Pros

Overall good place to work. Good management, clear goal, good oppotunity and fast moving. OK WLB but dependent on teams.

Cons

RTO sucks but it's really a whole Amazon thing.
