Pros

- Pays for your education (Career Choice) - Good Benefits such as dental care, vision, and medical - Pick your own schedule and hours, also get to file for Leave of Absence just in case of an emergency such as (Medical, personal, parental leave and so much more)

Cons

- Horrible hours, Will force you to work an extra hour/Day if there is high volume. - Tier 3's get paid the same as Tier 1's so do not waste your time being part of operations. - Anything will get you fired, they will labor share you to a department that will make you get injured or hurt. - They will promote outsiders to be managers but won't promote the ones that are highly qualified.
