Pros

Good pay, met new people, and only worked the weekend. You could earn time off or leave if it was slow, without penalty.

Cons

A lot of pressure to meet daily demands. If you made you're numbers, you were fine. However, if you were struggling even for a day, you were in danger if losing your job.
