I've was facing serious challenges with internal communication in my Product Manager role. The leadership's struggle to maintain control in their areas has fostered a toxic environment. Despite achieving a promotion within six months, an unusual feat at Amazon, my experience was marred by a skip-level manager's unfounded dislike. The pervasive politics in the workplace make collaboration difficult, as individuals are seemingly willing to undermine each other at any given opportunity.
