Pros

Co-workers are chill and are usually smart and fair people.

Cons

I have no idea what leadership is doing. I don't think they know either.

Pros

- Internal transfers are very easy. You can find new, exciting teams and switch. However, it has been more competitive recently - people have been looking to move more often. - Personal growth opportunities for leadership, end-to-end ownership.

Cons

- Arlington, VA does not have any exciting teams or charters. It feels less like an HQ2 - quite boring teams and projects. - There is toxicity and politics within some organizations, where you're competing with your peers and teams. Career growth/promotions have gotten more competitive, and you have to play politics. - RTO mandate limits opportunities to your location unless you're willing to move.
