- $$$$$ - On some teams, good scope of ownership and growth

Cons

- Bad culture (Manager essentially bullied me into leaving on my last team.) - Little respect for WLB - No reward for oncall that can page you at 2am to fix issues - Often cannot schedule vacation when you want (i.e. Christmas) even if you plan it far in advance because you may be scheduled oncall.
