Pros

My current manager pushed us to have healthy work/life balance. I have never had a manager like that before.

Cons

Honestly, it is an aggressive work environment, but our management backs us. I don’t have negatives currently.

Pros

Pay is better than average. No return to office yet. Good managers on some teams.

Cons

Cutthroat working environment, bad managers use PIP to scapegoat, current teams getting reallocated to shut down "experimental" programs.
