Pros

Fast paced development. Great development tools, access to principal engineers and other senior engineers one can learn from.

Cons

Most of the software development managers are clueless bean counters who know next to nothing about engineering, but still love to order people around and do not hesitate to show "who's the boss".

Middle level management is not living the core values of the organization, there are some serious cultural red flags and it's affecting many teams and organization as a whole.

Great place to work. A very cool culture. Work pressure is not that much. Time to explore and learn new technologies.

No proper feedback given continuously.
