Pros

- Learning new skills and jobs - Internal movement and personal development - Fast paced, and a sense of accomplishment

Cons

- Work-life balance if you land in the wrong team or with a bad manager - Managers can _sometimes_ be paper pushers that will keep thrusting work and expect everything to be done. - Risk of a complete breakdown if one cannot handle it, or learn to say "NO"

Pros

At Amazon, one feels at home. It isn't taxing, it's like you're getting paid to be yourself! A kind staff; healthy company!

Cons

Some challenging things, well, because one feels at home here, some tend to become sluggish. If a person is naturally slow, the homey feel will exaggerate that aspect of a person.
