Pros

fast paced and demanding (in a positive way!) I started back in July 2008 as a level 1 warehouse associate and developed within the company through all tier levels and eventually as an Area Manager. So personally the company has excellent development opportunities.

Cons

Training is very basic and simplistic you have to make mistakes to learn as you are going really (I didn't really mind this!) Long working hours as an Area Manager. Contracted to 40 Hours PW we were working 13-14 hours a day during the peak Q4 seasons, on top of this you still find there are not enough hours in the day so I often worked at home for my administrative tasks - again I really didn't mind but others found this very daunting and deflating.

Pros

challenging, opportunity to learn, nice working environment

Cons

even with the leadership principles and the star recruitment methodology, unqualified friends of managers become managers who misuse their power, and if employee points out gets fired
