      Incompetent set of Managers in Hyderabad office

      Pros

      It is a good company to work for but the managers have made the environment very dirty.

      Cons

      The current set of managers in Hyderabad office have made the work culture very employee unfriendly. There is no work life balance and they have made the work environment very dirty. Bad work culture, not recommended for someone who is wanting to join the Hyderabad office.

      Pros

      - dynamic and fast paced environment - stock component of your salary was extremely valuable as you are awarded a fixed number of shares that keep on growing in value once they vest. Amazon stock is still a value pick - depending on the product line one is working in good prospect to have directs - possibility to assume ownership quickly and drive projects.

      Cons

      - if you are in a slow growing category career progression is tough. partial carrot and stick management, but again, this very much depend on the category on is in - only perk is 10% savings on 1000 EUR Amazon shopping - generally high work load. for the people who cannot prioritize Amazon is not a good place to work at. - 28 days of vacation - opportunity to work internationally is not supported actively, though possibilites do exist. move to Lux is easy, for other marketplace you need to know the local language well as business is very much focused on the respective marketplace
