Pros

Compensation is OK. Projects can be great. You will learn a lot since projects could change every 4 months.

Cons

Leadership principle of being frugal is getting in the way of accessing proper TPM tools for productivity. Leadership does not have the backbone to cut projects or prioritize accordingly, letting their teams context switch to exhaustion. Overall leadership is setting unrealistic expectations that ICs can do more with less. For example, asking 1 IC to take up the Programs for 4 ICs.

Pros

Good environment for bottom up development of new initiatives.

Cons

Post COVID cut throat competition has become wild! Not a good environment to sustain ethical financial behavior. Too much monopoly in Managers hands where any pushback from employee can lead to termination, even if the manager is executing severe code of conduct violation.
