Pros

Good people around and people loose their mind Because of these metrics managers manipulate people here and make them fear of loosing their job and there is no pro regarding this .

Cons

Third party managers shows their skills in their growth path and in this process many people are suffering and the company completely lost its face which was once there the glory the charm of work culture swept off with these third party candidates who become managers here they can’t digest people having fun a complete package of micro management people are in TRMS mri hyd everything we say or do is interlinked and it seems like lots of internal politics run around and no matter what they don’t care end of the they just think of their own growth Jeff has started this company for the customers not for metrics . They don’t even realize this.
