As a multinational company Amazon has to meet with certain deadlines and things need to be done uniformly around the globe to make sure the company holds its place. Is it pressurising? Definitely!! You can feel the tension when you are told to meet your targets! But then its rewarding too! You feel proud of coping up with such a big company! !

Cons

As there is a certain procedure for everything, sometimes your words are unheard. The management itseldf is good, but you need to put the effort to make yourself get heard in the first place

Good company to start your first job in Global exposure from the beginning Informal work culture which is good for youngsters Amazing people to meet on a daily basis Friends become family Good place to understand the organizational structure Everyone always puts the customer first. The vibe is amazing! Cab service is provided Sodexo passes are provided Amazing games room!

Excessive micro management that comes from the top management Huge impact on work-life balance Health takes a toll No social life One cannot do the right thing and achieve the set targets. Extremely high standards. No recognition for work done right Extremely high pressure at all levels No proper channels for growth The only leadership principle that is followed by all is customer obsession. The rest are ignored Sodexo passes provided for the month last you a week
