The main issue here is the three month or every quarter shift change policy... Expecting a person to work for 3 months in a row at night shift is pure nonsensical. Their expectation to meet performance metrics are sometimes unrealistic and adds to the pressure.

I walked into Amazon not knowing what work culture I was going to inherit. But I am proud of the decision I made to join Amazon as a Transaction Risk Investigator for Amazon Inc. I got to learn a lot from everyone I interacted with. The work culture was fantastic - leaders took the time to connect with me and advise me on how to grow. If I could do it all over again, i will do so in a heartbeat

No cons at all. As is with every work environment, there will be challenges that you will face but it is totally up to you how to navigate that and grow from it.
