so bezos is trying to concquer the retail world literally and it spread to tech, if youre ok with a "challenge" as corporate puts it which means over worked with little directio/organization/leadership then definitely apply to amazon theres literally little to no training they emphasize being a self starter and thats the reason
Cons
pay! benefits like I've never seen amazon is a gold star on your resume and its opens doors just saying you work for amazon, a lot of amazing people work there and even tho the diversity and inclusion rave isn't authentic amazon makes an honest effort to give every demo their safe space
