Cons
* Mandatory 3 day a week RTO, May 1 (given two months notice after years of messaging about flexibility and doing what's right for individual teams rather than making top-down blanket decisions) * Poor benefits/compensation compared to direct competitors (e.g., 0 parental leave if your baby is born in your first year on the job, a measly 6 weeks if born after 1 year) * Lots of talk about leadership principles, but top-down decisions run completely contrary to those same principles.
