Pros

- The pay is very high, especially for someone fresh out of college. - Great health insurance plans - 401k matching - Constantly surrounded by talented people - Engineering practices are top tier

Cons

- High stress environment, you are expected to pick things up very fast and deliver high quality work quickly - Turnover rate is about a year for good reason, this job will squeeze as much out of you as possible - Very individualistic job, you are the owner of your projects which causes an "everyone for themselves" kind of feel at times
