Lack of Leadership dooms employees

Business Outlook

Pros

Name Recognition. Extremely easy job that does not require much thinking.

Cons

They flex your hours either up or down and do a poor job of notifying employees. Lack of Leadership is the biggest flaw. Associates have low morale and not much is expected of them. Those who take initiative are never rewarded and often taken advantage of. This is a manual labor position and an easy job, but somehow Amazon Management has found a way to screw it up. It's not rocket science folks.
