Pros

-Autonomy. -Decent pay -Lots of (unpaid) time off -Decent managers/supervisors -The "Hub".

Cons

-HOT HOT HOT. I'm literally sweating buckets while working. -Very short breaks. We get 15 minutes total (2.5 minute to get to break room, 10 minutes actual break, and 2.5 minutes to get back to your station. As soon as you sit down, it's time to go back to work. -Flex Up time: They'll flex up an extra hour at the very last minute. If you can't stay, they deduct it from your UPT time. -Scan Quotas: I understand quotas need to be met, and if you don't you can be terminated. They want you to take 2 packages at a time, which isn't possible many times.
