Pros

Amazon gives almost anyone a chance to work there. The work is not that difficult, can be fun working with others who are also team players.

Cons

They dont seem to want permanent skilled labor, if theres not enough volume they send you home, can be frustrating at times.

Pros

Fast paced. Concrete goals and direction. As long as you’re there to work, it’s a fine job, but you will be tired after your shift if you’re doing it right. Opportunity for advancement exists, but really hard to make a career out of a couple 4 hour shifts.

Cons

You are just a number. Never even really knew the supervisor’s name. Crappy break system. Can hurt yourself by taking the time to help others, which is pretty messed up. Only part time positions. Feel like an inmate with all the security.
