Pros

Everyone is nice and understanding, if you don't know where to go or how to do something, chances are that if you ask, someone will show you the way.

Cons

Somewhat physical work, but doable since most of the heavy lifting can be done with the help of another person.

Pros

Decent pay, decent work environment

Cons

I’ve known a few people who got fired , including myself after being involved with issues that would’ve been an OSHA violation. They fire you before you get a chance to report it .

Cons

As nice as my co-workers were, some of them were slacking, and that fell on me
