Pros

Medical benefits were very good and affordable.

Cons

Stress was high. When the Ring company was privately owned it was a WFH environment. Soon after Amazon purchased the company, they required nearly all employees to report to company facilities with no regard to how difficult this was to certain employees. My personal commute went from walking down my hallway to my office to a seventy mile daily round-trip commute.

Pros

Great salary High attention to detail A LOT to learn in terms of systems and processes

Cons

Handled the lay off period in worst possible way. Director level leadership did not have a clue whats next. Did not know how to gauge performance except do projects. Want you to excel even if there is no work due to lay offs (pointless) Untrustworthy and bully manager and team (always watch your back)
