For the very first time in my career, I have been not only valued for my leadership qualities but am expected to USE them. Such a free feeling. The culture at Amazon is one of a kind and greatly appreciated by me.

lots of really smart people strong hiring process focus on Innovation and scaling every business can work on things that really make a difference/impact people's lives

Cons

has become big - and couldn't avoid becoming a bit bureaucratic as well very US focused - from a certain level on career growth difficult outside of US
