Working @ AWS team is like taking a MBA degree while working. You have to keep learning new concept of biz management, data analysis, biz culture while getting your job done on time. It's great no matter you are at your young career or you are looking for enhance your working skills.

Cons

Well. It's never an easy thing working here considering the loading. It's fun pressure but definitely you will spend quite amount of time working.

Pros

Diverse culture and great minds

Cons

The culture is unique and tools and technology very company specific. One needs time to learn and adapt. Tip - If you have a great manager and team, you'll have all the support you need
