Pros

Nothing to right now as the management has changed completely and work culture has changed.

Cons

No growth, as all the managers came from BPO and call center culture they expect you butter them to get promotions. Even Higher Management.

Pros

There are some pros of Amazon which cannot be denied ,but the con which is mentioned below is major dissatisfaction at workplace , manager's and skip manager behaviour towards employee clearly indicates the ill intentions of management . Workplace location : Hyderabad ,India.

Cons

The major con for the company is the higher management inspite of highest market value these People always thinks about the cost cutting, where in the people of lower level suffers a lot , due to their unrealistic decisions they expect to work more than what they pay in return they take your health and work balance life ,though the company is customer centric it’s not at all an employee centric the Amazon tag line work hard have fun make history is now re written as work hard no fun and you are history.
