Pros

Great benefits like healthcare etc

Cons

Increases pay every year by 60 cents, which goes with inflation Managers and ops managers plot ways to fire you , they don’t care about the job being done. They care about how to make themselves look better. “Yes sir” and revolving door environment. Failure of management communications and concern for employee safety. If safety concerns arise, they blame employees. Inconsistency with labor share/keeping people. Too many management styles. Offer letter ensures 40 hours/week, but managers/ops entice employees to go home early stating “meets business needs” Management is political and racist
