Pros
If you are working a flex schedule, you can make your own schedule on the app. The job is processing returned items. When I first started I had to constantly call for assistance. They had employees whose job was to help and now they’re not there. But many gave different answers to the same questions.
Cons
You get written up for not keeping your quota and also for time off task. The management has little to do with it or says that to avoid confrontation. The amount of ppl there in management that don’t know the sop for our job is astounding.
