      Pros

      Easy, peaceful, mind-numbing but physical work that makes the night go by fast. Educational benefits are excellent. They buy your shoes!!!

      Cons

      New hires are rude and management caters to a select ethnicity or cultural group. A lot of discontent at the blatant nepotism/favoritism. Unless someone backs you, associates will never be promoted based on knowledge and hardwork.

      - Sometimes monotonous - Turnover rate for managers can be annoying - Extra time may be mandatory during peak season
