-Incredibly flexible with time off. If you have the time accrued, you can literally leave mid-shift, no questions asked. -Allows you to just simply show up and perform your task. -Genuine opportunity to develop yourself using Career Choice, a program for Amazon employees to earn training, certifications, an education.

Cons

-Can feel mind-numbingly boring after a while, but it's a solid, simple job for most anyone. -You need to stay aware of your body's needs. Be serious about drinking water, and doing real full-body stretching after work. -Not every site is equal. Some receive more volume than others, some have different management that can make working at a site obnoxious. -
