      Optional overtime if speaking to management or picking up shifts through A to Z app.

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime during prime day and also major holidays. Management shows favoritism and also inadequate training during job. Limited to no opportunity to promote up within role.

      clear job duties and performance metrics to guide you in your shift you don't have to close or open your station like you do in retail you can just clock in and clock out without talking to anybody if you choose high starting pay for warehouse work

      Cons

      can be impersonal, there are so many people you can be ignored if you don't make yourself noticed some stations you are managed by a computer system you stare at screens all day long shifts
