      4 10's over the weekend was nice.

      Cons

      They treat you like a number. There's no getting around that. Some managers are kind and will do their best to counteract that, but there's only so much they can do when the organization is built to be a productivity powerhouse that worships automation and has no incentive to keep employees long term.

      - Really good healthcare benefits - Decent pay

      Cons

      - Takes about 10 minutes to get to any break spot (be mindful and leave your station 5 minutes before breaks so you’ll at least get some time) - Really bad training - Huge toll on the mental health/ Not even time for work-life balance - Water machines almost never have any cold water - AMCare is extremely rude
