Easy to add or drop shifts You are allowed to listen to podcasts/music during the shift Time off is approved automatically through the app Extremely easy to get and maintain job

Extremely poor communication from HR/upper management Forced company culture instilled into management "permanent" employment is not guaranteed, with no timeline given Most benefits are not available to "seasonal" employees Security is slow to process forgetting a badge (20+ min.) Management is mostly outsourced to the AtoZ app Mandatory overtime for peak seasons Initially rescinded offer because BG check took 1 day too long
