The more you move up the harder it is to move up. Seems like a lot of favoritism.

Pros

Friendly managers, easy to understand work. Only 4 hours for 2 days and 8hr 1 day. No interview just sign up. Im not a fan of DEI but it was pretty cool to see the diversity and programs they have.

Cons

$300 a week, not enough training, too many times i would get a new postion for the day and have no clue what to do. Christmas season was a pain for the little pay you get. A good chunk of people that dont speak english. A lot of old women that would get snarky at you because your new. Loud, break is only like 10 minutes plus 5 to go to and back.

Get paid exceptionally well to do an active low-stress job, Choose from different opportunities available to match your skill level and preferences inside the fulfillment centers, Work with excellent management and coworkers.

Cons

May be too physical or demanding for some, especially during holiday and Prime Day seasons, Some people may not enjoy the dynamic environment of not knowing whether they will be flexed up or down an hour or if it will be slow- or fast-paced.
