Feeling of freedom getting to work outside of a buiding in a controlled temperature van. Freedom to work how you want as long as the work gets done.

Cons

Overwhelming seeing all the work you need to do through how full the van is. Difficult edging between safe and efficient due to too much safety being slow but being unsafe gets you in trouble.
