Cons

Management on power trip off a 2 year degree, rewards lazy and dismissive behavior while complaining about it but doing nothing about it, Almost like part of the day of a L4 and up is to make you feel replicable and stupid, Favoritism runs free here and moving up is almost like a Ponzi scheme, tell you not to do something you're not trained in or you'll get written up, while writing you up for not doing what they ask. This a place that will lure you in with hours and befits for the purpose of taking advantage of you
