Pros

- Comp is very good. Well, at least the first 4 years. - You will learn a lot within the first couple of years. Especially, about thinking big.

Cons

They work you to death once you're up to speed, without mercy. The Managers don't really care about your growth. They are tasked to squeeze every ounce of work out of you. Most people leave after 2-3 years of burning out and Management doesn't care.
