I’ve been here for more than 2 years, it has only gone worse. Bad senior leadership, incredibly high targets that are only achievable if you are lucky. People keep quitting because of how burn out they are

The Cloud Sales Center has been the outlier of the organization. It feels like the only people who take it seriously are the leaders within. If you are looking to advance your career internally at AWS the CSC is not the place to do it. In the past few years promotions has slowed as have the opportunities for sellers to advance into roles outside the CSC. It is a dumping ground for accounts that others don't want. And when they do, they generally can take them.
