      Pros

      Remote work policy when i worked for them. Good pay and benefits

      Cons

      Lackluster training. Your expected to literally do anything and everything for clients. They pit employees against each other but then expect the employees to help each other and work together. The one with the best metrics gets to keep their job for another few months. If your metrics are low... better start the job search for another place.

      Pros

      Good income and benefits, work is mostly done independently and you meet up once a week with manager and team to go over goals and topics

      Cons

      Golden handcuffs are very prevalent with amazon, try not to burn yourself out. Despite a 30k+ petition to work remotely, we were given the ultimatum of "If you don't work in office you're not working at amazon.
