      Cons

      Ever changing processes and restructuring, as per all tech companies. Compensation package lower than other FAANG companies.

      Pros

      Salaries are high but not as high as they should be for an international company. The work is very structured and there are lots of processes that guide your work. There is a possibility to be transferred to another department and switch career paths. The management is good.

      Cons

      Too many processes that don't always seem necessary and can create a lot of time wasting. No clear way to get promoted. Raise and bonuses are low.
