      So far Everything is going great, I get a lot of freedom on how I work, theres a lot of career development opportunities and Ive been learning a lot on how the cloud works. I get treated with a lot of respect. My manager is very supportive and understanding of everyones strengths and weaknesses. The team is very supportive to questions or request for help. You get to work with a lot of very talented engineers

      Cons

      There is a lot to do, so theres always work, which is not a con, but if you don't set boundaries or learn to say no or push back, it's very easy to get overworked.
