- The culture of the company is really present on every day work. The leadership principles are taken seriously, and you'll find yourself following them almost naturally after a short while. - Opportunity to learn (and be curious). Really. This is not just a shameless plug of a leadership principle. There is so much to learn that it could become a full time job. - Being surrounded by top-level professionals (...it can even be a bit daunting)

Cons

- Meetings, meetings, and more meetings, and I'm not talking customer meetings, but rather all-hands and reviews of this and that. I recognize some are important, but the calendar can get crowded very quickly - Expect to have to put in the extra effort to be able get up to speed

Very High hiring standards mean that you can assume competency in your coworkers!! this not something I'd seen in any other large company.

Cons

Its hard to mark any specific Con, as there is a huge variablities between teams. But its a company that won't coddle you, you need to drive your own career progress and speak up when their are issues.
