Pros

6 months of training in which you can focus to learn the AWS cloud and soft skills such as whiteboarding, public speaking, writing blog posts, etc. etc.

Cons

In the last 2 years, the program has been done remotely due to covid, which reduced the networking aspect of the program.

Pros

Plenty of hardware to get your hands on. Some of the senior techs are quite knowledgable.

Cons

You won't learn much about what you are working on, no thinking required as you just follow predetermined workflows, much like reading from a script when working in a call centre.
